Quit the blame game and be grateful

Posted 23 Mar 2010 in Coaching

As a coach I often talk to clients about  the beliefs they hold that may be keeping them stuck where they are and how they can change them.

I also talk about taking 100% responsibility for your life and choosing not to play the blame game.

Some people find this difficult – some people say it’s impossible.

If you spend time blaming or berating others for what’s wrong in your life or making excuses for why you can’t do what you really want to do – I challenge you to watch this and not feel totally humbled.

My question to you is – what could you choose to do if you truly wanted to?
